Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Executive Assistant to support our CEO. In this role, you’ll manage calendars, communications, projects, and other administrative tasks with precision and professionalism. Your contributions will enable our CEO to focus on strategic priorities, ensuring the business continues to grow and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage the CEO’s personal and professional calendars, ensuring no conflicts and optimizing for efficiency.
Prioritize and organize email communications, ensuring the CEO focuses on the most critical matters.
Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Project Coordination
Assist in planning and tracking projects, ensuring deadlines are met and milestones achieved.
Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for organizational efficiency.
Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO’s internal and external communications.
Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed.
Administrative Support
Manage expense tracking by organizing receipts and preparing reports with minimal input from the CEO.
Maintain digital filing systems, ensuring all brand assets and business documents are properly organized.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a remote environment.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a knack for multitasking.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, GoHighLevel, Slack, Zoom, and Canva.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
A proactive problem solver who can anticipate the needs of a busy CEO.

Analytics and Reporting

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role, with a track record of growing online communities and driving engagement.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and trying new ideas.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools is a plus.

The successful candidate must be located in the US or Canada and speak conversational English
