In this role, you’ll manage calendars, communications, projects, and other administrative tasks with precision and professionalism. Your contributions will enable our CEO to focus on strategic priorities, ensuring the business continues to grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support

  • Manage the CEO’s personal and professional calendars, ensuring no conflicts and optimizing for efficiency.

  • Prioritize and organize email communications, ensuring the CEO focuses on the most critical matters.

  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

  • Project Coordination

  • Assist in planning and tracking projects, ensuring deadlines are met and milestones achieved.

  • Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for organizational efficiency.

  • Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO’s internal and external communications.
